How to hide or show bookmarks in Word 2010

'Show bookmarks' feature allows a user to view bookmarks when he/she has opted for the bookmarks. You can insert a bookmark on text or locations. The text being bookmarked will be shown in large brackets (i.e. '[' Book marked text ']', like this) and for location it will be shown with I-beams. Bookmarks are really helpful as you can bookmark text that you would like to revise at later point of time. In addition there is one more facility provided by word to create cross- references bookmarks which can refer to your document from the other documents and vice versa.
